A Republican State Indictment of Joe Biden Would Be A Lot of Fun, and End Lawfare?

Criminal indictments of politicians are now risk-free, and entirely paid for by Government. Lawfare is something our side must use, or we won’t soon have a side.

The framework for Joe Biden’s criminal conspiracy involves his completely illegal Student Loan executive order, he just happened to sign before the midterm elections. The Supreme Court ruled as thus;

In a 6-3 decision, the majority on the court ruled that Biden’s effort to erase roughly $400 billion of student debt was an illegal use of executive power.

Joe Biden’s Criminal Conspiracy

We know with 100% certainty that Biden’s student loan executive order was illegal, because the highest court in the land said it was.

All a Republican state Attorney General would need to do is to allege Joe Biden knew it was illegal, and to have victims within the state. By the way, the Department of Justice “decision” that a sitting President cannot be indicted only applies to federal charges, not state. At least, that’s what this state Attorney General will say.

#1. Harmed state victims will be an easy find. Every state will have student loan recipients, those who paid their loan back, along with people who voted Democrat based on Biden’s executive order. Done.

#2. Joe Biden knew his executive order was illegal and that the Supreme Court would overturn it down the road. But, he did not care because it was only written to defraud voters into voting Democrat for the upcoming midterm elections.

#3. Proof is an unnecessary burden in the land of lawfare. Therefore, All the Republican state Attorney General needs to do is to allege Biden knew it was illegal. I don’t care if he really did, or did not. Just allege it – like they do.

Trying to play out a Biden state indictment is quite a challenge. It’s not like Trump or MAGA, where we’re on our own, with GOPe sharpening the knives behind our backs. Biden has the institutions that installed him, who will then Marshall its forces in ways the Trump side will find foreign. But for fun, let’s play this out.

A Biden indictment at the state level would put GOPe politicians in a hilarious spot; They didn’t defend Trump from Lawfare, but now they’re going to defend Biden from it? 😂 This is a fun bonus, which exposes GOPe.

Now, the media is still fully erect over every Trump lawfare indictment, treating them as entirely legitimate. But If Biden is indicted at the state level, we’d better have some popcorn ready. Suddenly they’ll sound like Alan Dershowitz or Jonathan Turley! 😂

The more I think about it, the more I think Biden would probably ignore the state charges and not show up, assisted by DOJ and media. Local D.C. police say they won’t serve a warrant derived from that tyrannical state, etc. Heh.

But now we’ve just tricked them into giving Trump that exact same process to avoid blue-city indictments, and the Biden indictment is withdrawn! 😂

Or, the red state attorney general then indicts the entire local D.C. Police and turns it into a RICO case, demanding they all appear for their case. 😂 If you want to go full banana Republic, we can, and I’m starting to suspect, we must.

This was a fun to game out. This kind of outside the box thinking is highly needed right now. Our conservative traditions about law are being weaponized against us, and I feel we must adapt quickly with bold and creative solutions.

But the point is clear; Merely by indicting Biden at the state level, we create a chain of events which may end up destroying lawfare simply by subjecting them to it.
